The art of expresso

The espresso coffee is so called because it is so quick to prepare that it could be qualified as an instant coffee. But this is not the only thing that distinguishes it from other drinks. It is an extraordinary little miracle of alchemy between physics and chemistry which could be expressed only by the language of senses : entire flavour, perfume, velvet body… Stimulating but containing less caffeine than any other kind of coffee, a good espresso is the perfect drink for relaxing moments of the day.
